STEVEN TYLER, VINCE NEIL To Lead Toy Run In Florida
November 19, 2004AEROSMITH singer Steven Tyler, former MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil and BON JOVI guitarist Richie Sambora will lead the 17th annual Christmas Toys in the Sun Run on Dec. 5 in Southern Florida, according to The Miami Herald.
More than 30,000 motorcyclists are expected to hit the highway as part of the toy run for needy children, which is billed as the world's longest motorcycle parade, benefiting Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation.
The cycle parade will leave from Pompano Harness Track, 1800 SW 3rd St., Pompano Beach, at 10 a.m. and end at Markham Park, 16001 West State Road 84, in Sunrise. It is expected to take three hours for the last cyclists to reach the park.
More than 100,000 people are expected to attend the festival in the park, which will include an afternoon concert by NIGHT RANGER and PAT TRAVERS.
